Synergizing for Health: Bank Jateng, PT Sandana (Samator Group), and PERSI Jateng have signed a memorandum of understanding to develop business in the health services sector. This memorandum of understanding marks a joint commitment to improve the quality of health services in Central Java through strategic synergy and collaboration. Bank Jateng will provide financial support and credit facilities to hospital projects that are PERSI members, ensuring that these projects have the necessary resources to develop and operate effectively. Meanwhile, PT Sandana will be responsible for providing the latest medical equipment, as well as high-quality medical gas design and installation services for these hospitals.

Present at the signing of this memorandum of understanding was the Director of Institutional Business, Treasury and Sharia Business Unit of Bank Jateng, Ony Suharsono, who expressed Bank Jateng's full commitment to this initiative. Also present was the Chairman of PERSI Central Java, dr. Agus Suryanto SpPD-K MARS MH, who emphasized the importance of this collaboration in improving health service standards. The President Director of PT Sandana, Rasid Harsono, was also present and expressed his enthusiasm in supporting the procurement and installation of medical equipment that will help the hospital provide the best service to patients.

This memorandum of understanding covers various important aspects such as the utilization of business products and services, from design to supply of health equipment, as well as installation of medical gas from Sandana to hospitals. In addition, Bank Jateng also provides credit facilities to Sandana to support operational activities and capital expenditure, ensuring that each hospital can obtain the equipment and services it needs easily and efficiently.

It is hoped that this partnership will bring significant positive changes to health services in Central Java. With strong financial support from Bank Jateng and the provision of high-quality medical equipment from PT Sandana, hospitals under the auspices of PERSI will be able to increase the capacity and quality of their services, providing great benefits to the local community.
